Marabierta is the result of the effort and passion of its owner, Miguel, who has been offering the best of his cuisine to the most demanding customers for over 30 years. It all started with a small beach bar, but thanks to the quality of his products and the friendly service of his team, he soon earned the trust of diners.
Over time, Miguel decided to expand his offering and opened another business called “El Comercio”, where he also offered gourmet products and a wide variety of wines. However, his love for cooking and his desire to offer a unique experience to his customers led him to create Marabierta, a restaurant with spectacular sea views and an exceptional menu of fresh and quality products.
Our team consists of passionate and dedicated individuals who strive to provide a unique experience to our customers. We want to highlight two of our team members who have demonstrated their commitment and skills in their respective areas. Juan, our head chef, is a true athlete in the kitchen and the gym. In addition to being a creative and talented chef, Juan is a renowned powerlifting competitor. His commitment and discipline in the sport are also reflected in his work in the kitchen, where he always seeks to push his limits and create innovative and delicious dishes. On the other hand, we have Manuel, our head waiter with vast experience in the hospitality industry. Manuel has worked in some of the city’s most prominent restaurants and has honed his technique and skills throughout his career. He is always attentive to details and strives to provide exceptional service to each of our customers. His knowledge and experience are a valuable addition to our team. We are proud to have Juan and Manuel on our team and believe that their passion and skills are a fundamental part of what makes our restaurant unique and special.
